Meet the Family
Mikey has been a stalwart in the tabletop gaming community for almost three decades, traversing realms from the mystical dungeons of D&D to the war-torn battlefields of Warhammer, and exploring every intricate world in between. With each roll of the dice and every meticulously painted miniature, he has woven tales of epic heroism, forged alliances, and battled foes, creating memories that have stood the test of time. His passion for the hobby is not just a pastime but a journey of imagination, strategy, and camaraderie that continues to inspire both newcomers and seasoned veterans alike.
Hi, my name is Gavin. I was a community member long before I was staff. My favorite part of the Game Shelf is the people I get to meet and the games I get to play with them. I thoroughly enjoy bringing people together and providing a space for people to be themselves (and play plenty of games!) Always down for a game of magic and ask me about my Tyranid Army!
Hi, my name is Katrina. I love playing board games with friends and family. I enjoy playing (currently in 3 games) and DMing Dungeons and Dragons. Star Wars Unlimited has become a new obsession. I’ve also started to dabble in painting minis. The community at The Game Shelf is my favorite thing about it, everyone becomes part of a big family.
